Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel.


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the returns form.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, including packaging, tags, and any accessories.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges or fees.

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  Refunds Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

If the item is in its original condition and qualifies for a return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If the item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Returns Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
